CDI IT Solutions and Case Western Reserve University's Information Technology Services organization have partnered to provided IT support for the Case Campus.

Help Desk Hours: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year
Walk-in Center hours:
- ITS CARE Center, 11424 Bellflower: Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am-4:00pm
- Sears Bldg. Room 340: Mon-Fri - 8:30am-5:00pm (Location)
- Summer or Break Hours: Mon-Fri - 9:00am-5:00pm
